Francesca completed her Master of Arts at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco — a program renowned for its depth-oriented, transpersonal approach to psychology. That foundation shapes everything she does: she treats the human psyche not as a problem to be solved but as a landscape to be explored with curiosity, care, and respect.
Francesca works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and complex trauma, as well as couples facing disconnection, communication breakdowns, and the slow erosion of intimacy that can happen in even the most loving relationships. She is equally at home supporting clients through major life transitions — career pivots, grief, identity shifts, relationship endings — and with those asking deeper existential questions about meaning, purpose, and who they are becoming.
What distinguishes her approach is its refusal to be rigid. Rather than imposing a single framework onto every person, Francesca listens first. She draws from her broad training across modalities — somatic, relational, cognitive, depth-psychological, and beyond — to build a therapeutic container that actually fits the person in front of her. The goal is not symptom management alone, but lasting change rooted in genuine self-understanding.
